VISION & MISSION STATEMENT

Focused on Ghana. Designed for Africa.
Rescuing • Healing • Equipping • Empowering • Transforming Nations to Know Christ
Equip Commission Ministry (ECM) and Equip Eagles School of Ministry (EESM) exist to rescue families from perishing in two critical dimensions:
(a) from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light, (Colossians 1:13, and
(b) from economic blackout — to prevent preventable premature deaths caused by poverty, lack of support, and systemic hardship.
To empower the next generation of leaders spiritually, economically, and socially — beginning in Ghana and expanding across Africa. Our mission is rooted in strengthening families, equipping youth, and transforming communities through discipleship, healing, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.
Our (2026–2031) - (2031-2046) strategic plan focuses entirely on Ghana as the primary launch nation, with a model intentionally designed to be replicated across multiple regions within Ghana. After establishing strong, sustainable systems in Ghana, the ECM model will expand into Liberia and then into other parts of Africa, raising leaders who will transform their nations from within.

🔥 1. RESCUING — Spiritual & Socio‑Economic Deliverance
A. Spiritual Rescue
We call people out of darkness, sin, and spiritual captivity through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Evangelism, intercession, compassion, and Spirit‑led ministry bring people into the saving knowledge of Christ.
Core: Rescuing souls from spiritual death into the life of Christ.
B. Economic & Knowledge Rescue
We break the chains of poverty, ignorance, and generational limitation by providing education, financial literacy, skills training, and access to opportunity.
Core: Rescuing families from the systems that keep them poor and uninformed.
2. Healing — Restoring Broken Lives and Communities

A. Spiritual Equipping
We teach Scripture, discipleship foundations, spiritual disciplines, and leadership principles that build strong, mature believers.
Core: Preparing believers to stand, grow, and multiply.
B. Practical Equipping
We train individuals and families in life skills, stewardship, family development, and community leadership.
Core: Equipping people with the tools needed for real‑world success.

A. Spiritual Empowerment
We activate believers to walk in identity, gifts, calling, and Kingdom authority.
Through mentorship, impartation, and leadership development, we raise leaders who influence families and nations.

B. Economic Empowerment
We build capacity through entrepreneurship, business mentorship, financial literacy, and sustainable growth strategies.
Core: Empowering families to rise economically and walk in long‑term stability.
