Rescuing • Healing • Equipping • Empowering • Transforming Nations to Know Christ

Equip Commission Ministry (ECM) and Equip Eagles School of Ministry (EESM) exist to rescue families from perishing in two critical dimensions:
(a) from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light, (Colossians 1:13, and
(b) from economic blackout — to prevent preventable premature deaths caused by poverty, lack of support, and systemic hardship.

 To empower the next generation of leaders spiritually, economically, and socially — beginning in Ghana and expanding across Africa. Our mission is rooted in strengthening families, equipping youth, and transforming communities through discipleship, healing, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.

Our (2026–2031) - (2031-2046) strategic plan focuses entirely on Ghana as the primary launch nation, with a model intentionally designed to be replicated across multiple regions within Ghana. After establishing strong, sustainable systems in Ghana, the ECM model will expand into Liberia and then into other parts of Africa, raising leaders who will transform their nations from within.
