Students enrolled in Equip Eagles School of Ministry are expected to engage fully in each course through consistent participation in lectures, forum interaction, and timely completion of assessments. All course activities are automatically tracked by the learning system to ensure academic integrity and ministry readiness.
Course Requirements
Watch every online lecture; the system automatically records lecture completion.
Participate actively in the course forum by asking questions and engaging with classmates.
Complete one online quiz per unit. Quizzes are timed and single‑attempt—prepare thoroughly before starting.
Finish all coursework within 180 days = 25 weeks and 5 days, or 6 months. Students exceeding this limit will be unenrolled and lose progress and credit.
A minimum average of 60% is required to pass each course.

First Pass: Answer all questions you immediately know.
Research Pass: Use notes and course materials to answer remaining questions while time remains.
Final Check: Ensure every question is answered and submitted before the time expires.
